When I got my blog up and running, I had done some asking around to see if anyone wanted to submit their transformation story. The response I got from one of my Personally Sponsored Coaches was one that I wasn't expecting, but meant the world to me. She wanted to contribute a piece for my blog about how Coaching has helped change her life. Not just a physical transformation, but a journey in her finding a passion she didn't know she had. Nicole and I had met a while back through my niece and I am thankful, not only to have her on my team, but more importantly, to have her as a friend. Below is some of Nicole's story.

I've always loved health and fitness.  I was, however, by no means a fitness or nutrition expert. But, I was a sponge.  The more I learned the more I wanted to put to use and share with others. I decided to sign up as a coach with Beachbody because I loved their products and Shakeology. 

Kate has always been so supportive, helping each one of us find our niche in the health and fitness world. She taught me the basics, the true philosophy of coaching regarding helping others without anything in return and was just there for me.  Teaching us how to utilize our individual strengths to help others achieve their goals. If it weren't for Kate, I can confidently say, I would have never become a fitness instructor.  A true passion of mine that I never would have known existed, if it wasn't for Kate asking me to get TurboKick certified with her.   Kate is dedicated to help each one of us grow and become successful in this business. And, she is there to help us every step of the way.

Aside from being my "upline" coach, Kate has truly become one of my closest friends.  I can call/ text her anytime day or night and she will be there for me. And, I am blessed to call her my friend.
